Ruggeri Piero

e is an Italian architect, illustrator and comic artist, born in Bologna. Since 1994, he coordinate and teach at an Academy of Comics that now is the Art Factory of DLF in Bologna.

As a comic book artist, he works at four hands extensively with Filippo Neri, drawing together in the black & white, while follow by himself the color part. The first book is the no-wards ‘Steam Park’ for the French editor Le Cycliste in 2004. After this, he draw for many collections of music artists in Comics-Books (Ferrer, Couture, Beatles, M. Jackson, Hendrix, Clash, Doors…), legendary novels (Moyen Âge of Celtes, Corsaro Nero) and histories (Titanic, Rouen et Una Valle) with the editions Petit a Petit, Fetjaine, NPE et 001.

In 2019 he finish the book “Jos, Maudits soient-ils”, with the editions Petit a Petit, a story of revenge not so far from the adventures and atmospheres of the film Papillon (with Steve McQueen and Dustin Hoffman).
